Beer – such a simpleton’s name for a delight that’s had such impact on cultures across the world and through the centuries. A leader in the category of four-letter words and one of the few that is acceptable for use across all ages and genders. A libation that’s been praised by the likes of Plato, William Shakespeare, Queen Victoria and not to mention, an American favorite, Homer Simpson. An Amber, Pale, Wheat, Blond, White and naturally, Brown smorgasbord of reasons to raise a pint and toast those wise men who invented it. “Beer, the cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems”. – Homer Simpson
At the end of the week, once the dragons have all been slain, there are precious few things in this world that are as genuinely rewarding or bring us together better than beer. We’ve whole heartedly adopted that point of view for 10 years. Affectionately known as “Beer Friday’ and religiously kicked off through song – Thunderstruck by AC/DC. It’s Friday, 4pm, and for all you do – this Bud’s for you! We sit, stand, dance, sip, gulp, chug, flip, pong and quarter our way into one of the most well known company traditions in Buckhead, knowing there’s no better way to connect with one another or release the stresses of the week than to unwind with a pint of ale and stories between friends.
During the month of July, we celebrate tradition, hops and those who have given of themselves to give us beer. We invite you to raise a pint with the Bag and follow us as we toast 10 years of a growing family, fun and future success to all. “Give my people plenty of beer, good beer, and cheap beer, and you will have no revolution among them.” – Queen Victoria
